🚀 Overview

I’ve always enjoyed crafting playlists with a specific intention. The project really took shape after I discovered the story of Surya Dantuluri, who once placed a McDonald’s order using only a playlist and its song titles. It made me wonder: could playlists themselves become messages?

When I tried to do this myself, I quickly ran into a limitation: streaming search tools are optimized for popularity and relevance, but are terrible at finding exact matches in song titles.

So I learned to code and built a small app that matches free-form text against song titles in a more literal way.

Is this project free?

Freemium.
You can generate playlists and explore the concept for free. Some features (such as exports to platforms or extended usage) are limited to manage API caps and operating costs. The goal for V2 is to move from a per-user paid model to a free-for-users approach by introducing a light, WeTransfer-style ad model focused on highly relevant content, such as music gigs, new releases, and cultural documentaries.
