Antragsgrün (also known as Motion.Tools) is a specialized, mature content management system built for handling collaborative proposal processes in political and non-profit organizations. It streamlines the submission, discussion, amendment, and finalization of resolutions, party platforms, statutes, and candidacies.
The project solves the challenges of disorganized motion management using generic tools like spreadsheets or docs, providing instead a tailored workflow for online submissions, constructive amendments, assembly agendas, votings, and exports— all while prioritizing data privacy (EU servers, no trackers) and accessibility (WCAG AA).
It is built for political parties (e.g., German and European Greens), NGOs (e.g., European Youth Forum), women's organizations, youth councils, and any group needing structured online collaboration for decisions—from small teams to large conventions with thousands of amendments.
Developed over more than a decade in cooperation with using organizations to create a flexible, technically robust tool that adapts to diverse scenarios.
