What problem does this project solve? Websites with dynamic content struggle to provide unique OG images for every page, leading to bland defaults that hurt click-through rates. OG Impact automates this, pulling title/subtitle from params and overlaying on pro backgrounds.

Why did you build it? Chris Villa created it after seeing how poor share images tank engagement (e.g., Tumblr's 2.5x CTR boost from good OG), aiming for zero-integration dynamic generation that's free and open-source.
