Nicolas Beauvais started Phare in 2022 as a weekend project to create an efficient monitoring stack after frustrations with existing services' costs and limitations, iterating through four versions to deliver a scalable, sustainable solution hosted entirely in the EU with a focus on intelligibility, innovation, and low carbon footprint.
