Bludit is a simple, fast, secure flat-file CMS designed for quickly building websites and blogs without requiring a database.
🚀 Overview
Bludit is a lightweight content management system (CMS) that stores all content in flat JSON files, eliminating the need for a database server. This allows anyone to set up a fully functional website or blog in seconds by simply uploading files to a PHP-enabled web host and running the installer.
It solves the common pain points of traditional CMS platforms like WordPress or Joomla, which require database setup, complex configurations, and heavy resource usage. Bludit is perfect for users seeking speed, simplicity, and security without ongoing maintenance hassles.
Bludit is built for bloggers, small business owners, hobbyists, and developers who need a straightforward, portable CMS. The creators developed it to democratize web publishing, making it accessible to non-technical users while remaining extensible for power users through a vibrant ecosystem of themes and plugins.
