Traditionally, setting up and managing game servers requires hours of manual configuration, dependency management, and troubleshooting. LinuxGSM solves this by providing a simple CLI interface that checks dependencies, downloads files via SteamCMD or other methods, applies default configs, and automates routine tasks like restarts and alerts.

It's built for game server admins, self-hosters, and communities who want reliable multiplayer servers without the hassle. Created by Daniel Gibbs (dgibbs64) to make Linux game hosting accessible, allowing more time for gaming than server wrangling.
